Belt Pouches/Resource Vendor - Guild Wars Forums

I hear you can go to a place in pre-searin and trade in 5 scale fins for a belt pouch, where? Also, I hear theres a resource vendor in Lions Arch, how much do they pay for 1 hide? Just so I can compare.

the collector who trades is right outside to your left by the gate as you go to lakeside

trade for pouch then sell pouch for 50 gold to outfitter

Really? 50G?

Id imagine thats a quick way to get cash, I find a scale on almost every guy I kill.

also check the prices on what you salvage

each salvage costs 4 gold (25/100) so if you pick up a sword and can sell it for 1-2 gold and the iron ingot gets 3 each time you use it you LOSE 1 gold

i simply throw common items away rarher than lose gold on them

only exception is if you need the raw material

You can also turn in worn belts for the pouch in pre-searing. You also get hides from the worn belts using the salvage kit. Great way to get that brand new armor as soon as you go through the academy.
